Tuesday is my day to take care of my brain. That’s when we have a lecture series – we just finished a course on Beethoven. And I’ve been able to take painting back up here, with a little instruction. I’m extremely happy and contented living here.
Everyone here, the residents and the staff, are tremendous. They’re all so happy to be here and to help on a daily basis. We’ve met a lot of friendly people and become close with all our neighbors. It all adds up to a lot to be happy about.
We have everything we need to be happy: Wonderful friends, the fitness center, and a dining room so when we don’t feel like making dinner, we don’t have to. Since we don’t have children, we feel better knowing that we have a plan for our future here.
